Sudden red, cloudy eyes and vision loss in my dog. What's wrong?

hi ya , my five year old boarder collie bitch seems to have trouble seeing, the whites of her eyes are quite red and her iris are cloudy, it has come on very suddenly ????

Poor Tilly! These are very concerning signs - I would be concerned that she may have acute glaucoma, or possibly a severe eye infection or inflammatory disease affecting the eyes. Since her vision is affected, it's important to have her seen right away since this vision loss may be permanent if the underlying cause is not diagnosed and treated quickly. I would recommend taking her to the vet this afternoon - he/she can check her intraocular pressure and also do some other tests if needed to determine what's wrong and get her started on appropriate medication to treat it.
