My puppy is nearly 8 weeks old, he does eat very fast but he has a rounded stomach on him and seems to get little bigger when he's after eating it went down a little bit over past two days. But comes back I think. He's been passing a little bit of gas and he's. Been getting a little sick ? What's wrong i hope nothing serious I'd be so sad if there was. A rounded tummy in a puppy is most commonly caused by intestinal worms. It can also cause Yogi to pass gas. I would take him into the vet today for an exam, and bring along a fecal sample. The vet can examine his feces under the microscope for intestinal worms, and can prescribe him a deworming treatment. He will need one every two weeks until he is 12 weeks old. Then one every month until he is six months of age, and after that he should be dewormed once every three months.
