My dog is sick: not eating, vomiting, losing weight. What to do?

My Cairn Terrier has not been eating since Friday. Friday she ate good and has not eaten since nor has drinking any water been vomiting on and off since Saturday and this morning I gave her a capsule tapeworm pill she's also losing weight she only goes outside to use it. Pet's info: Dog | Cairn Terrier | Female | unspayed

Those symptoms are severe by all means , Bella is obviously very sick, you need to take her to the vet today, she will need to be checked and might need a blood test or xray in order to diagnose her condition. It could be a severe infection, an internal disease or a foreign body in the stomach.
