Why are my 2-week-old kittens sneezing with third eyelids showing?

I have 4 two week old kittens that are sneezing and their third eyelids are showing in the corners. They seem fine otherwise no mucous or discharge.

They may be starting with an upper respiratory infection. If they seem fine otherwise, you can monitor them and see if the condition progresses. If they stop eating, become febrile, are lethargic, have nasal or ocular discharge, or any problems breathing than they need to be treated by a vet. They might need an antibiotic or other medications to help clear the infection.
