Why are my 2-week-old kittens sneezing with third eyelids showing?

I have 4 two week old kittens that are sneezing and their third eyelids are showing in the corners. They seem fine otherwise no mucous or discharge. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 13 days old
