I have a 6 week old puppy and he in pooping in his crate. He gets walked before he goes in there and I make sure he is tired. He didn't do this before I am just wondering why he is going it now. It happened around 3 am. He doesn't whine until after he has gone. Also could it be something to do with the fact that he was dewormed not that long ago? The pooped is runny as well.

You are correct that it could have happened due to him being dewormed recently, as that can cause diarrhea. Walker is also young, and his bowel control isn't fully developed at this age. He may need to let out once a night to go potty, so I would recommend getting up once in the night to let him out to prevent him from pooping in his crate again.
