Why is my female dog not eating well after giving birth to puppies?

My female Chihuahua gave birth early hours of tuesday morning now she has eaten well after she gave birth but she doesn't seem to be eating as well. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old

Partial loss of appetite could be completely normal the days after giving birth. Try to offer her very palatable and appetible food (like chicken for example!) and see if the appetite gets slightly better in the next 48hours. If not a check up would be needed to make sure everything it is all right with her.
