Blood near the mouth and drooling can point to a serious dental problem I suggest you take her back to your veterinarian for a recheck and exam of the mouth. She may also be teething, which can cause drooling. There are some infections, such as with Calicivirus or autoimmune disorders which cause mouth ulcers which in turn cause drooling. So this needs to be investigated and treated properly. Please make an appointment with your vet ASAP.

If the surgery happened within the past 24 hours, some drooling may be normal due to the anesthesia, and the blood could be from an accidental tongue bite. However if it has been happening for more than an hour or so or isn't improving, it is best to call your vet for care to make sure it isn't an adverse reaction to the anesthesia or other illness.
