The lump on Faith could be an abscess, a cyst, a lipoma (a benign fatty tumor), a benign tumor, or a malignant tumor. Any suspicious lumps should be examined by your vet. Your vet can perform a test called a fine needle aspirate on it. To do this, your vet sticks a small needle into the lump to get a sample of it's cells, and examines the cells on a slide under a microscope. It's usually painless to the animal, and relatively quick to perform. I would take Faith into the vet during normal business hours in the next day or two to have the lump examined and diagnosed so it can be treated.

That lump on Lala is quite noticeable! It could be a cyst, an abscess, or a benign tumor. There is a very small chance it could be a malignant tumor, but that would be unlike in a dog her age. I hope this helps!
