Brown discharge is not a good sign, it is either an infection or a mammary gland tumor. I strongly advice taking her to the vet in order to get it checked.

I see that Koko isn't spayed. In dogs who aren't spayed and have had at least two heats, they are at a 25% risk for developing mammary cancer. One of the signs of mammary cancer can be a blood tinged (brown) discharge. I recommend taking Koko into your vet for an exam. Your vet can examine her mammary glands, and see if they can find any lumps. Your vet can perform a test called a fine needle aspirate on any lumps found. To do this, your vet sticks a small needle into the lump to get a sample of it's cells, and examines the cells on a slide under a microscope. It's usually painless to the animal, and relatively quick to perform. I would take her into your vet today.
