Poor Meech sounds like he isn't feeling well! Dogs will eat grass when they are nauseated. He could have eaten something rotten, has a GI illness, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I would withhold food for 12-24 hours, and then feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he continues to vomit in the absence of food, vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.

Eating grass is commonly an indication of nausea so I would be concerned that your dog has an upset stomach. I would recommend withholding food for 12-24 hours and see if that helps settle her stomach. If she is still eating grass/vomiting after that then a trip to your veterinarian is warranted.

Poor Buddy! It could be that he has an upset stomach, and is eating the grass in an attempt to make himself throw up, or he could be suffering from bloat which makes him unable to vomit. Another symptom of bloat is restlessness and an inability to get comfortable. Because I can't see Buddy in person, I can't say if he has bloat or not, but to be safe, I would take him into a vet right away for an exam. Bloat is fatal if not treated, so it's best he's seen by a vet now to rule it out.
