Why is my 5-month-old puppy vomiting? Vet meds aren't working.

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 7 days old | 20 lbs

my dogs is about 5 months old and is throwing up everything he eats and he has been to the vet 3 times and they keep saying it brontchis or tonsilits and they keep giving him antibiotics but its not helping him. he is gaining weight tho

Poor Rascal! That does not sound normal and he should have some diagnostic tests done to determine the cause. He could have an infection, parasite, congenital problem, and/or an obstruction. Your vet should test a stool sample for parasites, run blood-work, and take an x-ray to help diagnose. If your vet can't determine the reason he is vomiting then you could take him to an internal medicine specialist for a second opinion. Hope he is all better soon!
