Why is my toy poodle vomiting and has bloody diarrhea after sitter?

Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | spayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 7 lbs

My 1.6yrs toy poodle was at a sitter for 1 week. The sitter said half way into the week she started to eat only half her food but was fine otherwise. I picked her up sat night and on Sunday she only ate half her food and was tired the whole day. After she ate I saw her stomach jerk a few times. Monday I gave her a bath and afterwards she seemed back to normal with energy and after encouraging finish her food but still has Jerks. Thurs morning There's vomit and fresh red diarrhea. Vet say to fast

Withholding her food and water will help her stomach rest. She might have an infection, parasites or even a stressed induced gastritis. With her being so little, if there is bloody diarrhea or she continues to vomit it is best to have your vet do blood work to check for a cause to get her feeling better.
