My dog has sudden hives and lumps. Is it an emergency? What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 9 months and 27 days old | 51 lbs

My dog she is 9 months old boxer mix and she haves lumps all over her body mussel nose eyes seems likes hives never happend to her before my vet clinic dosnt open until nine what do i do . Can I give her something until now or is this an emergency

This is likely an allergic reaction. As long as she isn't having trouble breathing then this can wait until your vet opens, but I would definitely get her seen today. in the meantime you can give her 50mg (2 adult tablets) Benadryl by mouth. I hope this helps.
