My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis labout 12 days ago. He's stopped vomitting but doesn't want to eat (because he's used to human food). The local vet I go to told me what to do about him eating but I'm wondering why he's so lethargic today. Just wants to rest. He ate a little and drank water today.

Pancreatitis is quite a serious inflammation of the pancreas, and your dog's body will be tired from the disease. He does need time to rest and heal up from it, so some lethargy can be expected. If you are concerned that he is very lethargic, however, then that isn't to be expected and I would call your vet to see if they want you to bring him back in for a health check.
