Poor Frankie! If she is otherwise acting normal then you could withhold food for 12 hours. If the vomiting and diarrhea stops then you could try a small amount of a bland diet, like boiled chicken and white rice and see how she does with that. If she continues vomiting and/or has diarrhea then she should be examined by a vet for treatment. You could also add a probiotic to her diet and see if that helps. Hope she is all better soon!

If Frankie is behaving normally otherwise, you can try withholding food for 24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet until symptoms resolve. Transition slowly to her regular diet afterwards. If symptoms persist or worsen or if she develops lethargy, loss of appetite or abdominal pain, then she should be examined by your veterinarian. You may never know what it was she ate that caused her illness, but you can check around the house and yard for trash, feces or other objects she may have gotten into.
