Poor Bailey! I'm sorry to hear that she's having this problem. If she is having dark red blood and clots in her urine while she is still on antibiotics and her special urinary diet, something is definitely wrong. She may have an antibiotic-resistant urinary tract infection, bladder stones, or even a bladder tumor. I would recommend taking her to your vet tomorrow to have this checked. It sounds like she needs some diagnostic testing to help determine what's wrong - your vet will likely recommend a urinalysis, urine culture, and x-rays +/- ultrasound of her bladder to help diagnose the problem so that she can get started on appropriate treatment.
