My dog won't eat or drink, keeps throwing up clear for 4 days. Parvo?

Winnie has stopped eating and drinking since Sunday night. She keeps throwing up clear. We aren't sure if this is Parvo because it's been 4 days and I read that Parvo usually attacks pretty quickly. What can we do to help her? How will we know if this is Parvo? Unfortunately we can't take her to a vet at the moment. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 10 lbs

If she is vomiting constantly she will be getting very weak and dehydrated. You can try giving her fluids by mouth but if she can't keep these down she really needs a vet. Parvo is characterised by a very severe gastroenteritis with profuse bloody diarrhoea. It hits them really hard. If it's been goingbon this long Winnie should really see a vet as something could be wrong.
