My dog is vomiting, not eating, and incontinent. What's wrong?

Thomas is a chiweenie and has been constantly vomiting for 3 days, he stopped eating and drinking today, and he pooped without knowing he did, what could be the course of this?

Sorry to hear about Thomas! There are various causes of vomiting in dogs, usually it is due to a stomach upset called gastritis, it can also be due to an obstruction in the gut, or conditions in organs such as kidney problems or pancreatitis. With the history you provide I would think a gastrointestinal problem is most likely. Because he has been vomiting for 3 days ibwould take him to see the vet, he could be getting very dehydrated, and whatever is going on needs to be treated.
