Thomas is a chiweenie and has been constantly vomiting for 3 days, he stopped eating and drinking today, and he pooped without knowing he did, what could be the course of this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

There are various causes of vomiting in dogs, usually it is due to a stomach upset called gastritis, it can also be due to an obstruction in the gut, or conditions in organs such as kidney problems or pancreatitis. With the history you provide I would think a gastrointestinal problem is most likely. Because he has been vomiting for 3 days ibwould take him to see the vet, he could be getting very dehydrated, and whatever is going on needs to be treated.
