My new cockatiel is sneezing, weak, and not eating. What should I do?

I have one male cockatiel bird with me. Just 3 days only I buy it from a petshop. He is sneezing sometimes, dont drinking water, eating food is very low. And also he sometimes he is closing his eyes for some seconds. He is jst 3-4months old only. Weakness. Is there any problem. What should I do with him, or is this his casual nature? Rons is beautiful! From what you describe I would be suspicious that he has a respiratory infection. Sneezing and weakness is not normal, and it's not good that he is off his food. It is very easy for a bird to pick up an infectious virus or bacteria in the oetshop because it is a stressful environment with lots if other birds who could have infections. I would keep him in a calm environment away from noise and draught, offer him tasty things to eat. You should take him to a vet preferably avian and have him examined. Birds are very delicate and he may require medication.
