Why is my senior dog weak, losing weight, and not eating suddenly?

My dog who is 13 has Weight loss and cannot walk or barely move. She is actually peeing on her coat. I had her at the vets yesterday and she gave her a steroid injection and Prednidale 25 mg to take. She been not been eating her nuts or dog food. I gave her stear yesterday and she ate that and is drinking water. What is wrong and what can I do.
