My dog has had diarrhea the past two days and has had to go every 2 hours. What can/should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 75 lbs

If your dog is having to defecate that frequently, I would recommend a visit to your vet's office. He could be suffering from colitis, or inflammation of the large bowels, and need medication to treat this inflammation and any bacterial overgrowth. The vet may also check him for parasites such as worms or protozoal organisms that can cause diarrhea. Frequent diarrhea like this can cause dehydration, so it is best to try to get him in soon.
