Poor Soxxy! I'm sorry that she isn't feeling well. There are a number of things that could cause vomiting and not eating - she may have an infection of some kind, an intestinal blockage, a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, or may have ingested something toxic. Blood work and x-rays will likely be needed to determine what's wrong. Vomiting can sometimes happen in cats and isn't necessarily cause for concern if it only happens once or twice, but I'm concerned that she isn't interested in eating anything, even treats - this often indicates that something serious may be wrong. Because of this, it would really be best to take her to an emergency vet today to be seen. The vet can do some diagnostic testing to help determine why she is sick, and get her started on appropriate treatment.
