Is raw (or bloody) meat/chicken bad for cats? Is it different for kittens? Should raw food be avoided, even when the cat eats normal cat food primarily in it's diet?

My biggest concern with a raw diet is the increased risk of serious bacterial infections and parasitic infections. I have seen some get really sick from it. So if she is eating a high quality commercial cat Food then she should be getting all of her nutrients from them. if you want to add an extra treat you could add small amount of cooked or canned chicken or canned tuna to her food.
