Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 51 lbs
My dog had one bump on her head a few days ago, it's just the color of her skin, very small. The vet said it was probably an insect bite. Now she has a bunch of them all over and they come and go. I know hives are supposed to be red, but are their exceptions? Or any ideas what it could be? No changes in diet and the bumps are very small and come and go within an hour.

Poor Delilah! These look like hives. You can try to give her 50mg of Benadryl twice a day for a few days in a row to see if that helps. But keep a close eye on her. If they are not improving or getting worse then you will want to take her back to the vet. I have seen these hives get worse or even infected which both would require stronger medication.
