Why is my puppy's face swollen on one side, like the lip and eye?

Puppy's face swollen. Left lip and eye are the only things swollen. Throat and other side of the face are clear. No vaccines recently or medications. No change in food. No bumps near the areas from insects and no tooth problems. Doesn't look life threatening. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 17 lbs

Poor Bently! It sounds like a local allergic reaction. It is most likely from a big bite or insect sting. I would recommend to give her 25mg of Benadryl (1 adult tablet) by mouth and then go see a vet for an exam to ensure she doesn't need any additional medications like steroids.
