What causes yellow discharge and pimples on my dog's genitals?

Yellow discharge from my dog private area some pipmle like thing also on this private area

A little bit of discharge can be normal but if he has pimple like lesions then he could have a bacterial infection (puppy impetigo). You could bathe him with a medicated puppy shampoo and see if that helps, but he may need an antibiotic to treat the infection. Your vet can prescribe an appropriate antibiotic, if needed.

    This could indicate a urinary tract infection. Another possible cause is inflammation of the urethra. If your dog has any bloody urine, is urinating frequently, or has any difficulty urinating he should be seen by a veterinarian.
