My 7-month-old puppy is vomiting yellow foam, not eating. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 10 days old

My 7 month old border collie have been vomiting every half an hour for over 12 hours and now has no apatite. The vomit is a yellow foaming kind. We have decided to only give her dry food for now what else can we do?

At 7 months old June can become dehydrated quickly. If she continue vomiting she needs to see a vet. Or is she develops diarrhea with it. Puppies are very susceptible to parvo virus. Withhold food for 6 hours and try to encourage her to drink. If she continues to vomit get her to a vet
