My dog is vomiting, lethargic, won't eat, but vet found nothing. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 27 lbs

Hi, yesterday my 9 year old beagle woke up acting her normal happy self & ate her regular food. 3 hours later she vomited the food. After that she vomited once more & began to not act herself. She continuously stretched & seemed lethargic. Today she is the same. She would not eat & vomited every time she drank. We took her to our vet & they could not find anything wrong but gave her an injection to help the vomiting. Her sister does not have any of her symptoms. She's still not acting herself

Poor Heiga, if her symptoms persist she will require further investigation. Pancreatitis or a bowel obstruction are both possible, blood tests, xrays and specialist ultrasound may be required. Offer small meals of bland, low fat food, pedialyte and fresh water to drink
