My 5-week-old kitten is sick, eyes shut, won't eat. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 4 days old | 0.5 lbs

I have a kitten who is born in our yard (5 weeks) not getting care by mom cat, eyes and nose is shut and stuck with pus. No energy doesn't move. Rarely gets nursed by his mom and doesn't open his mouth if i try to bottle feed him. I have no money for vet and bren trying to find rescue group to take him for better care but no luck pls advice :'(

You can try wiping off her eyes and nose with a warm, wet cloth as well as applying Karo syrup to her gums to see if that perks her up. If so try bottle feeding her again. She may also lap up a formula/kitten food gruel mixture. She needs to be kept in a warm environment (but not hot). This could also be due to GI parasites, anemia and fading kitten syndrome so if your efforts aren't successful continue with the rescue group or even humane society options for her.
