These signs are compatible with a gastrointestinal infection/inflammation. Blood could be due to extreme inflammation and a check up is needed to confirm this suspicion and treat appropriately. Bland diet, probiotic, and antibiotics are required to quickly resolve the problem. Further investigations may be needed (radiographs, fecal analysis and possibly abdominal ultrasound). Throwing up blood is something that needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian. It indicates a rather severe stomach bleed and requires prescription medication to keep it from getting worse. This can quickly make them anemic, so it's best not to wait too long before getting her to the vet, or she can have major complications. For now, just give water and cooked rice.
