If Ayla isn't spayed, then I would be very concerned that this swelling is due to mammary tumors. Unspayed dogs have a 25% chance of developing mammary tumors, and 50% chance of them being malignant. They will be painful to a dog, and I would have her seen by a vet as soon as possible. The vet can diagnose if she does have mammary tumors, if they are malignant or benign, and can discuss treatment options with you. Should she have malignant tumors, surgical removal is recommended.
