My puppy has bloody liquidy stool but is playful. What should I do?

my dog has normal appetite..is very playful...lots of energy but is passing bloody liquidy stool.i give her Purina puppy chow. she also for some reason eats insects. Could this be the cause of her bloody stool?....can a dog be allergic to puppy chow? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 4 days old | 7 lbs

A dog can be allergic to puppy chow, insects are not likely to be the cause of these symptoms though, you need to take Lulu to the vet as bloody diarrhea in a puppy can be very severe and life threatening, parvo needs to be ruled out and she will need antibiotics in order to get better.
