My cat has had diarrhoea for weeks and she's been vomiting over night. She seems to be really sore at the moment, she is just lying down when usually she's active and playful. She's 8 months old and overdue for her wormer by about a month. She's always had really smelly poo, way worse than my other cat. The emergency vet will likely get her started on IV fluids and medication to help control her vomiting and diarrhea. Your regular vet can do some diagnostic testing once she's feeling a bit better, to help determine what is causing her symptoms and make sure that she's treated for the underlying problem.
