Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 11 months old | 13 lbs
Our cat is very lethargic. He doesn't want to eat or drink. He's passing very little urine and very little stool once in 3 days. He is a two year old male. He has had X-rays at the vet the doctor said there is some crystals but not enough for there to be a blockage.

I'm sorry to hear that Oswald is not feeling well. Lethargy, a loss of appetite, not drinking and difficulty urinating are quite concerning signs. Some male cats only develop partial urethral obstructions, and these can occur as a result of crystals, mucus, infection, inflammation in the absence of infection, among others. Other possible concerns include a ureteral (kidney) obstruction, pyelonephritis (kidney infection), infectious diseases (FIV, FeLV, FIP, etc.), among others. At this point, I recommend taking Oswald back to his vet for further evaluation and testing to get to the bottom of this issue because it sounds quite severe. I hope that all goes well.
