My kitten's eyes are full of pus. Is he going blind? What to do?

MY kitten was abandoned by his mother on the good side he was adopted by his grandma I noticed that his eyes are always closes and no matter how hard she cleans them when they open their is a lot of puss coming out of them Green put she licks the puss but no good his eyes shut back and I noticed that they are not in their own place. Their are vets where I live non what so ever and I don't want him to go blind please help me

Poor Ace ! From the description, his eyes seems badly affected by an infection. If you want to help him he is going to need antibiotics eye drops. Only antibiotics will help him fighting the infection, so you really need to take him to see a vet. The only things you can do at home, is making sure he feeds and he is not getting cold, or becoming lethargic and help cleaning excessive discharge from his eyes using some cotton wool and salty water. To make some salty water up, boil some tap water and add a teaspoon of salt per cup of hot water, then leave it cool down. Remember to just use a very small amount to wipe the area when temperature is lukewarm. You can clean the eyes three times a day.

    Thank you for submitting your question regarding your kitten. I recommend that you see a veterinarian as the kitten will likely need antibiotic ointment for the eyes. There could be an eye infection or even a congenital disorder. Continue to cleaning them as you are. I hope this information helps!
