My senior dog has lumps on his leg and belly. What could they be?

I've felt two cyst like lumps on my dog one on his inner back leg and one on his belly he'll be 9 this year

It's quite common for dogs to get lumps and bumps as they age, just like humans. The lumps you are describing could be cysts, fatty tumors (lipomas), benign skin growths, or even malignant tumors of some kind - there's no way to tell without an exam. When you are able to, I would recommend taking Edge to the vet to have these lumps checked. He/she may be able to identify them based on their appearance and the way they feel, or may recommend a simple test called a fine needle aspirate to find out for sure what they are. Based on the results, the vet can advise you on whether or not they need to be removed.
