My dog's diarrhea won't stop after no food for 24 hours, is it blood?

My dog is having diarrhea we have stopped food for 24 hours but still has diarrhea is this diarrhea blood ??

I cannot tell from the picture if there is blood in the diarrhea. Blood will either be red/pink or even dark brown/black. This diarrhea looks yellow. However, if Lucy is still having diarrhea after not eating for 24 hours, you should take her to see your veterinarian right away as there could be something more serious going on.

    Lucy is probably suffering from a severe gastrointestinal infection, you need to take her to the vet right away in order to get treated, she will probably need a course of antibiotics as well as meds to help control the diarrhoea.
