My dog gets ear yeast infections from allergies. What cleaner can I buy online?

My dog gets yeast infections in his ear a lot because he has allergies, what can I order online to clean his ear and to get rid of any infections if he gets them? My vet told me I could purchase some ear stuff online but she didn't specify what and they're closed until Tuesday for the holidays so I can't call and ask. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 2 days old | 19 lbs

There are lots of ear cleaners for dogs on the market, so you definitely have a number of different choices :) My favorite preventative cleaner for dogs who are prone to yeast infections is MalAcetic Otic Cleanser - it's a good cleaning and drying agent, and keeps the pH low to make the ear canal less inviting for yeast and bacteria. You should be able to find it (or something similar) online from most pet retailers.
