Why isn't my kitten's infected cat bite wound healing after 2 months?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 24 days old

Kitten has been bitten by another cat about 2 months ago, Got infected and he scratched back of his neck. He dosn't seem to heal. Wound grows a scab then he scratches it off, then the process starts again.

That is a huge abscess that should be treated by a vet immediately. Cat bites are very prone to becoming infected and often require veterinary care to properly clean them and provide a round of antibiotics. In severe cases, surgical treatment of the area or a drain needs to be placed to allow the area to heal. You should bring Jackie to the vet ASAP.
