Why isn't my kitten's infected cat bite wound healing after 2 months?

Kitten has been bitten by another cat about 2 months ago, Got infected and he scratched back of his neck. He dosn't seem to heal. Wound grows a scab then he scratches it off, then the process starts again. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 24 days old
