Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Female | spayed | 6 months and 8 days old | 40 lbs
Five days ago my 5 mo olde English bulldog puppy got spayed, before the spay she had diarrhea. Afterwords the diarrhea was extreme and she was raw and constantly leaking. They said she had a bacterial infection and gave her metronidazole and panacur. She still has fecal incont. And said to stop the metro. Her stool has hardened and leaking less, but still happening. Should I be worried that it won't be fixed on its own? We never had any problems before the spay except for the diarrhea.

That could be due to the anesthesia as well which could have worsened the pre-existent gastrointestinal upset. Are you feeding with a bland diet? Boiled chicken and rice would be best! If the diarrhoea more than 48hours despite treatment and dietary change another check up may be needed. By the way incision site looks great.
