Oh poor simba! I worry about such a young kitty not eating since Friday. Possible reasons a kitten may not be eating include a virus with fever, stomach upset from eating something he shouldn't like a toy or rubber band or plant , and possibly a reaction to his vaccination. I would have him evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible, today ideally. They can give him medication if he is nauseous and can make sure he is hydrated and make sure that his stomach isn't painful. If you are unable to bring him to a vet I would try a canned kitten food and warming it to help entice him to eat a little. You can also try chicken or turkey baby food.

Vomiting is unfortunately a vague sign that can occur from many possibilitites.  It can be from a dietary indiscretion, a food sensitivity, a GI infection,  pancreatitis, metabolic and endocrine conditions, foreign bodies in the intestines, and more.   The best thing for vomiting would be to get him seen and try to get to the bottom of the cause.  But he will need an exam and some diagnostics.  In the meantime, you can try a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice for 3-5 days, then slowly change back to her regular diet if doing well.  Good luck.
