My active dog won't eat his food but eats treats. Is he sick or picky?

Since 3 days my dog not eating his meal he is active and playing and running but he don't want to eat food instead of that he is ready to eat treats and half fried egg these kind of stuff he want to eat is he ok and showing tantrums or something serious is going on ? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old

This could be him being fussy because you are giving him other options, but it could also be a sign that something is wrong, maybe an upset stomach. try insisting with the dog food, if he doesn't eat it- take him to the vet to get it checked.
