My dog just had a strange epidode... he cramped up, both his front right side and back right side curled up into a ball, and he was shaking all over. It has passed, and he seems calmer now. What do you think caused this?? Pet's info: Dog | American Eskimo Dog | Male | neutered | 15 lbs

It sounds as if your dog could have experienced a mild seizure. Not all seizures have the tonic-clonic paddling we see on tv. I would recommend taking your dog to the vet ER for an exam. If you do not have one available, then call your vet first thing in the morning for an exam.
