Weekend trip with a kitten: Should I leave her or bring her?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

I have adopted a 10 week old kitten (female) on the 14th of May, I do leave her alone at home from 0830 till 1730 every weekday as I work, but from the week staring 22nd of May till 26th of May (including those days) I'll be all day home, I've been invited to go to a different city on the weekend (27&28th of May) which is 2 hours by car. Which one of the options is okay? Should I leave her alone over the weekend, bring her with me or stay at home with her? (she's a cutie - pictures to prove it)

If you have someone that can bring her food at least once a day, you can leave her at home without any problem and this would be the best option, otherwise you could take her with you but she might get stressed from the car ride and the new place.
