I am very sorry to hear about Flower. It definitely sounds like she should be seen by a vet as soon as possible. It sounds like she is experiencing lethargy, vomiting, and inappetance. Unfortunately there isn't any medication over the counter we can recommend for vomiting dogs, as they will just vomit it back up! Your vet may want to take an x-ray to check for possible foreign objects, enlarged organs or tumors (much less likely in young dogs). They may also want to test her for parvovirus since she is young, especially if she hadn't had all her vaccinations yet. Bloodwork may also be recommended to check for things like pancreatitis. Depending on what they find, they may treat her with IV fluids, injectable medicine to help settle her stomach, or surgery if it turns out she ate an object and it is stuck in her digestive tract.

Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach, I recommend that you take Beibie to a vet. Vomiting and not eating in a puppy/young dog is very concerning for an obstruction/blockage in her gut. Surgery is the only treatment for this if the blockage won't move through. Some blocks will move through with rehydration. Otherwise it could be gastritis, and fluids and a bland diet are required (boiled/boneless/skinless chicken breast/ boiled rice) and medications to stop the vomiting. Best of luck with Biebie, I hope she feels better soon!

Molly needs to see a veterinarian. These are very concerning symptoms and with vomiting and no appetite she will become dehydrated. There are numerous causes for these symptoms (something wrong with the GI tract or something wrong with other organ systems). Taking Molly in will allow an exam to be performed. Based on that most likely bloodwork and xrays will be recommended. Then, treatment can be prescribed to get your girl feeling better. I hope this helps and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
