Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered
My neighbour, with two cats, complains that our cat marks their house. He keeps feeding our cat even though we asked him not to, for our cat is on special diet. Our cat never marks our own house. Is it possible that him feeding our cat causes it to mark their house? Our cat has been neutered when it was still a small kitten. What can we do to reduce the marking behaviour?

Marking is more likely to be due to the presence of the other cats. This will not stop unless the cat is not allowed into the neighbours house, he must not encourage him by feeding him if he doesn't want him calling and claiming his territory
