My pregnant dog is whelping, but labor isn't progressing. What now?

63 days pregnant.. temp is now 37.3 earlier was 36.3 how long till she starts to give birth ? A day ago a lot of mucus was coming out today only a little she's been whelping.. so what do I have to do and how long till she gives birth ? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed

It is quite concerning that she had discharge yesterday and has not progressed to full labour within 12-24hours. I would recommend a check up by your vet urgently and an ultrasound scan to assess the health and size of the puppies and any complicating factors such as a pup stuck - the longer she is in labor the higher the chances of complications and infections developing
