Why is my 8-month-old cat lethargic, not eating, and crying when touched?

Hello my cat is 8 months old recently from 5 days she stopped eating and from aroundone month she stays most of her time sleeping...from 5 days she is not moving not eating and always sleeping when she gets up she starts making weird voices and than set again i tried to figure out the problem and i was sitting near her i touched her leg and she made the same sound trying to hit me and forbid me of touching it... i am so worried and i need an answer please thank u. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 15 days old | 3 lbs

It is likely she has a severe infection and abscess in the leg which is causing her to be so unwell. She needs urgent treatment and antibiotics from your vet in order to treat the pain and infection and for the fever to reduce
