I would have Deana seen by a vet for a health check. I'm not sure how old she is or if she is spayed or not, but if she is an older spayed female, she could be suffering from spay incontinence. It could also be due to a UTI or bladder stones. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, and urinalysis to diagnose if there is a medical illness causing her to urinate in the home or not. If one is found, the vet can discuss treatment options with you. If one isn't found, the vet can discuss behavioral methods to help with her urinating in the home.
