My 3-week-old bottle-fed kitten gets sick after milk. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 13 days old | 0.4 lbs

My kittens is about three weeks and his growing up without mother. I feed them only by milk every two hours. They are three and all of them eat the same amount of milk. But one get Gastritis after each meal. Is it dangrous and it can because a parasite? Shall we seprate him from the others

I am not sure if you are referring to vomiting, regurgitation or abdominal discomfort after eating? Three week old kittens are definitely at risk of intestinal parasites and should receive kitten deworming dosed accurately to their weight
